Monitoring and control of trade effluents for GORI Spa

Nisida Environment developed a monitoring and control program for GORI Spa, as part of the "Energie per il Sarno" initiative, aimed at overcoming the environmental crisis affecting the Sarno River Basin. This support enables the client to handle periods of intense industrial activity—such as the tomato processing season—by increasing both the number and quality of inspections, while also protecting critical infrastructure.

Through this collaboration, more than 550 inspections have been conducted in less than three years, allowing GORI Spa to identify numerous non-compliances across its territory, which were subsequently pursued through administrative and criminal proceedings.

The control plan has both environmental and economic objectives: in addition to verifying compliance with regulatory requirements, the program also includes monitoring discharge meters, leading to necessary billing adjustments for users.
