The startup was created to respond to the growing need for more advanced, accurate, and timely tools to support environmental control. Through technical expertise and digital technologies, Nisida Technologies develops services aimed at improving the quality of monitoring activities and the capacity for intervention across the territory.

DEMETRA

A New Approach to Environmental Monitoring

Through the project “DEMETRA – Innovative Environmental Monitoring System”, Nisida Technologies aims to optimise the efficiency of environmental monitoring, ensuring increasingly accurate and timely territorial control. The use of innovative tools, such as remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems, and advanced data analysis, makes it possible to improve the quality of interventions and deepen knowledge of environmental matrices.

The company supports competent authorities and managing bodies in territorial control activities, providing operational assistance through specialised operators, with particular attention to industrial facilities and the prevention of environmental offences. The proposed methodology integrates advanced technologies, including:

For the control of industrial discharge systems and sewage networks

Data analysis

Using machine learning for advanced management of the collected information

This approach makes monitoring faster, more efficient, and easier to integrate with clients’ information systems, such as industrial activity databases, GIS platforms, and other management tools.
