Nisida Environment and ABC Napoli Join Forces for Industrial Discharge Monitoring
Naples, Italy – Nisida Environment has launched a monitoring and control program for industrial discharges in collaboration with ABC Napoli Azienda Speciale, aimed at safeguarding the water quality of the Neapolitan capital. This initiative strengthens environmental surveillance activities, providing detailed data on critical environmental issues within the company's jurisdiction.
Thanks to this collaboration, ABC Napoli will gain access to updated and in-depth information across the entire water management chain, improving the oversight of discharges that could compromise water quality. The integrated water service managed by ABC Napoli serves approximately one million Neapolitan citizens, making monitoring a strategic element for environmental protection and public health.
The activity will focus particularly on the industrial area of East Naples, a high-density zone of petrochemical plants, waste treatment facilities, and manufacturing industries, where the risk of contamination is significant. The program will help identify and manage potential environmental issues, contributing to pollution reduction and improving the quality of urban waters.
This initiative represents a concrete step towards a more sustainable and responsible management of water resources, reaffirming the importance of collaboration between public institutions and environmental specialists in protecting the territory.
